Tweak #2 - august 8, 2001

When your computer hangs, this tweak enables you to perform an emergency reboot with<Shift>-<Alt>>-<Ctrl>-<Del>.

The tweak

Look for the following key in your computer's registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

In this key, look for the string (REG_SZ) value

EnableQuickReboot

If this value doesn't exist, create it.

Change the value to "1".
