When you try to open a folder in explorer, Windows starts up ShDocView.dll. It's possible that you see this dll file in notepad, or the following message might be displayed:
SHDOCVW.DLL can't be opened
This problem occurs on Windows NT4 systems with Service Pack 4 (SP4) and Internet Explorer 4.01 installed.
This problem has also been reported on Windows 98 (Win98) after a system crash.
The problem appears only when Tweak 28 is activated.
This problem is due to a bug in Windows.
Uninstall Tweak 28 and everything will be working again.
